Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (IT)

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our IT Talent Acquisition team in attracting, selecting, and hiring top tech talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to attract top talent
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand
- Analyze recruitment metrics and develop data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Foster relationships with universities, professional organizations, and diversity groups to build a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successful recruitment strategy development and implementation
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Master's degree in a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, GPHR, CIR)
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies
