Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Business Process Services (BPS) operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance improvement projects, managing the transition of new business, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the BPS team
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
• Drive performance improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness
• Manage the transition of new business, ensuring smooth integration and service delivery
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead and motivate a team of BPS professionals to achieve performance targets
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive innovation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in BPS operations, with at least 5 - 7 Years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
