Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Healthcare Recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Oversee the sourcing and screening of healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
