As the Manager, US Healthcare Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Healthcare Recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.

 Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Oversee the sourcing and screening of healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven success in recruiting for various healthcare positions, including [specify specialties].
