Job Overview:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, interview, and place the best healthcare professionals in a variety of roles, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Client and Candidate Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.
