Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of healthcare recruiters to help them meet and exceed recruitment targets.

  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  3. Client and Candidate Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences.

  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.

  5. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and conversion rates.

  6. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including healthcare compliance regulations.

  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as HR, to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
