Job Description:

Salesforce support specialist - L3
Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of overall IT experience and a record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise, while applying best practices and leveraging core force.com platform capabilities.
  • At least 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Salesforce developer. Experience must include strong working knowledge and ability to code APEX (classes, triggers and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL, Outbound Messaging,Force.com platform as well as integration technologies (Web Services, xml, REST,SOAP).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, visual force, apex coding, custom objects, batch processes and,database design.
  • Demonstrable success with creating web services. Working knowledge of MDM (master data management) connectivity technologies (REST/ SOAP/ Oracle SOA) strongly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Web programming languages (HTML 5, CSS, Java) required.
  • Strong understanding of SQL required.
  • Experience with Git and TFS/ Azure DevOps required.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Gather client requirements and spend a long time understanding the specific roadblocks and problems preventing a company from operating more efficiently and growing their revenue
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to the specs of a company’s needs
  • Train and educate other staff on best practices and proper data entry in Salesforce
  • Automate sales and marketing processes
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Clean up CRM data within Salesforce
  • Create reliable integrations with Salesforce and other programs like Outreach and Salesloft
  • Map out customer journeys and translate them into Salesforce
  • Audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
  • Create dashboards and reliable reports for key stakeholders that help drive strategic decision making

Position Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Salesforce Expertise – 5 years of technical and working knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Salesforce Certifications – Not required, however, candidates with Salesforce certifications will be preferred.
