Job purpose:
This job will exclusively focus on managing Research & Analytics hiring.
Required years of Experience: 3 to 8 years
Education Required: Graduate or PG
Experience and Skills Required:
• Minimum 3+ years of prior recruitment or hiring experience.
• Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop clients and build a pipeline of candidates. Thereby, managing entire process.
• Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process.
• Expertise in hiring for – Research, Data Analytics, IT roles
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
