Job Description:

We are seeking Associate / Sr. Associate Spanish to support our operations through call monitoring and voice process management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and possess excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure high-quality customer interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Analyse call recordings and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to call monitoring and quality assessments.
  • Assist in handling queries and concerns through voice support.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance and training teams to enhance service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on call analysis and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in call monitoring, quality assurance, or voice process roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

 

Education & Experience Details:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in call monitoring, quality assurance, or customer service in a BPO environment.
