Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  2. Client and Candidate Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.

  4. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and conversion rates.

  5. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including healthcare compliance regulations.
